Bruno Tonioli has revealed he needs Botox after feeling 'wrinkly' next to Britain's Got Talent co-st
Bruno Tonioli has revealed he needs Botox after feeling 'wrinkly' next to Britain's Got Talent co-stars Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon.
The panel were exposed for their use of the injectables by the former Strictly star, 68, who claims he's the only person to embrace his natural complexion out of the four judges.
After witnessing his ageing appearance on the big screen having watched the first episode of Britain's Got Talent at the press launch on Tuesday, Bruno said he couldn't help but notice his wrinkles, which were made all the more obvious by the frozen faces of his co-stars.
Simon, 64, joked that he hired the choreographer because he's four years his junior saying, 'Bruno just said to me in the bathroom, 'Darling, I need Botox!' and I said, 'Why do you think we hired you?'
Quick to retaliate, Bruno exclaimed, 'I am the only person on the screen with wrinkles!'

Bruno claimed he's the only judge who doesn't use Botox to soften his fine lines and wrinkles, suggesting his co-star Alesha has some help along the way
Simon has admitted to using Botox over the years but in 2019 vowed to embrace his wrinkles, favouring natural methods such as drinking plenty of water to stay looking young.
After not recognising himself in a photograph and his son Eric being left in 'hysterics' due to his appearance, Simon decided he needed to change his ways.
He said: 'There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from 'before' the other day, and didn't recognise it as me first of all.
'Eric was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero. There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other.
'But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tonnes of water.'
Known for his recognisable appearance, dark coloured T-shirts and bootcut Levi jeans, Simon revealed he is finally experimenting with his look – by wearing underwear during the BGT auditions.
After feeling cold at The London Palladium, Simon opted to wear thermals in a bid to stay as warm as possible.
He said: 'I was basically wearing underwear. They are like, if you go skiing it's like thermals because it's so cold in the theatre I thought I'm just going to wear thermals this year.

Simon has revealed he wears red tinted sunglasses to protect his eyes from the studio lights because he suffers from migraines and the specialist eyewear helps to combat the problem
'I didn't plan to, I just turned up so cold and someone said 'that looks good' and I said 'okay, fine, I'll wear it' and that was it.'
And that wasn't the only style choice from the Britain's Got Talent boss to ensure he was comfortable during weeks of judging hundreds of performances.
He revealed the reason behind wearing red tinted glasses is to protect his eyes from the bright studio lights, which give him migraines but luckily the specialist eyewear helps to avoid the problem.
Simon said: 'The glasses by the way are because I have a light in my eye all day long and it's like a laser and I get migraines and that's like a filter and they actually do work.'
