Catherine Zeta-Jones' mini me daughter  Carys wore one of her mother's iconic dresses for her 21st birthday over the weekend.

Carys wore the Oscar-winner's old pink silk and lace slip dress from 25 years ago and looked sensational in the Ungaro number which had a floral print over the chest.

'The most perfect 21st I could ask for !' wrote Carys in her Instagram caption. Mom Zeta-Jones responded: 'You deserve it sweetheart ❤️.'

In addition to Carys, Catherine and husband Michael Douglas, 79. also have a son named Dylan, 23. 

The dress was worn by Zeta-Jones at the 1999 MTV Movie Awards at Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, California.

It is a pastel pink slip dress complete with dainty lace paneling at the bustier and sides of the lingerie-inspired number from Ungaro.

The Zorro actress added a Fendi baguette bag, which was all the rage in the late 1990s. 

Also in Carys' post she was seen receiving a kiss from a man, blowing out candles on her birthday cake and also been hoisted in the air while on a chair. 

The last photo from Carys' Instagram post was a photo of spring flowers in a stunning bouquet.

This comes after Catherine and Michael said they are empty nesters after their two child became adults.

Last week the Oscar-winning actor joked that they only want to see Dylan and Carys was to offer them lavish vacations.

The actor, 79, told Today on Tuesday that their plan works.

'Catherine and I are blessed with the fact that our kids Dylan and Carys still like to travel with us,' shared Douglas, who recently revealed he thought Catherine was too good to be true. 

'And so we just finished five weeks in India at Christmastime. And we're always planning next year, what our trips will be and where we'll go.'

'It's just a treat,' the Franklin star responded when asked if it's nice to spend time with his children.

The Academy Award-winning actress got cheeky and stuck out her tongue when Dylan did another photo where lifted his selfie stick up towards the sky

'Especially when you're not forcing them. I said, "Catherine, look, they actually want to hang out with us." I said, "You know, it's good."'

'But we've got good trips,' Douglas joked. 'We seduce them with good places to go.'

The family was last seen attending a wedding in Palm Springs, California together.

Before that they were in India. In August they traveled to Capri and stayed on a yacht. 

He also has son Cameron, 45, with his ex-wife Diandra Luker.

In 2022, Zeta-Jones told People that her family is happy

'Both my daughter and Dylan have been so incredibly supportive to me, not just as an actor, but just me, you know. I'm extremely blessed to be able to have both of them in my life,' she said.

Michael and Catherine got married in New York City in year 2000.

The Wall Street star appeared on PBS series Finding Your Roots to delve into his ancestry, and he was stunned to find out the 'Black Widow' star - who he appeared alongside in 2019's Avengers: Endgame - is a 'DNA cousin' of his.

When told the news on the show, Michael said: 'Are you kidding? Oh, that's amazing. All right. This is cool. This is so cool.'

Finding Your Roots presenter Henry Louis Gates Jr. delivered the news to Michael, and told him that he and the 39-year-old actress 'share identical branches of DNA on four different chromosomes'.

Henry said the branches of DNA 'appear on Scarlett's maternal lines, which stretch back to Jewish communities in Eastern Europe'.

Michael admitted it was 'incredible' to find out he and Scarlett were related, and he 'looks forward' to seeing her again.
